  • 14 ounces quartered artichoke hearts (drained and patted dry)

  • 2 to 3 cups baby arugula
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Dash of crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F if using a pizza stone.
  2. Divide the dough into two equal pieces and shape each into a 10 to 12-inch circle.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a floured pizza peel or baking sheet.
