  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 12 oz fresh blueberries
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp lemon zest
  • Additional granulated sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing cold cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Chill.
  2. Make the blueberry jam by cooking fresh blueberries with granulated sugar over medium heat until thickened. Cool completely.
