  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for topping)
  • 2 teaspoons parmesan (grated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for topping)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, parsley, oregano, and olive oil until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and then gradually add to the dry mixture while stirring until fully incorporated.
  4. Incorporate coconut flour one tablespoon at a time; allow the dough to rest for 1–2 minutes after each addition.
  5. Roll 2 tablespoons of dough into rope-like sticks about 1.5 inches wide and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes before removing and brushing with olive oil; sprinkle with grated parmesan and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
