  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 12 oz Cool Whip (divided)
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz) chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 1/4 cups milk
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Red, white & blue sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies and mixing with melted butter. Press into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  2. For the cream cheese layer, beat softened cream cheese with sugar and milk until smooth. Fold in 1 1/4 cups of Cool Whip and spread over the crust.
  3. Whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened; spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Chill for at least four hours before serving. Top with remaining Cool Whip, mini chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
