  • 4 jalapeno peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove seeds from three jalapenos and finely chop them; leave seeds in one for added heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, Monterey jack cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Stir in chopped jalapenos and half of the chopped turkey bacon.
  5. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish or oven-safe skillet. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned on top.
  7. Garnish with remaining turkey bacon and serve warm with vegetables or low-carb tortilla chips.
