Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoons powdered vegan gelatin
- 2 1/2 cups brown rice crisp cereal
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Lightly spray an 8×8″ baking pan with cooking spray or rub it with butter.
- In a small saucepan, gently heat the peanut butter, brown rice syrup, and salt until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the powdered vegan gelatin until fully combined.
- Add the brown rice crisp cereal and mix until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan firmly and evenly.
- Allow to set at room temperature for about an hour.
- Cut into shapes using a cookie cutter if desired.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together; drizzle over treats and add sprinkles.
