Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons powdered vegan gelatin
  • 2 1/2 cups brown rice crisp cereal
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray an 8×8″ baking pan with cooking spray or rub it with butter.
  2. In a small saucepan, gently heat the peanut butter, brown rice syrup, and salt until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the powdered vegan gelatin until fully combined.
  4. Add the brown rice crisp cereal and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared pan firmly and evenly.
  6. Allow to set at room temperature for about an hour.
  7. Cut into shapes using a cookie cutter if desired.
  8. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together; drizzle over treats and add sprinkles.
