Ingredients

Scale
  • 30 Oreo cookies
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • Red & blue gel food colors

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with foil.
  2. In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix in melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. Set up a water bath by placing a large baking sheet filled halfway with water on the bottom rack of the oven.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until creamy. Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, and flour until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  5. Divide batter into three bowls; tint two bowls with red and blue gel food coloring.
  6. Spoon alternating dollops of each color over the cooled crust and swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Bake above the water bath for 45-50 minutes until set. Cool for one hour before refrigerating for at least 4-6 hours.
  8. Cut into squares, serve with whipped cream or fresh berries if desired.
